Our Process

Great embroidery starts from a great source file. We recommend vector-based artwork with bold, large details. Unlike other methods of apparel decoration, embroidery is less precise, so small fonts & details do not decorate well. When designing, we recommend against fine details, thin lines, narrow spacing and small text. As a rule of thumb, text should be at 0.25 inches or larger (22 pt. or larger, depending on the font used). 

Once we receive your file, we'll get to work with digitization and send you a mockup for approval. Please note that once mockup approval is given, your order cannot be refunded. 

We've invested in top-of-the-line equipment and proudly use Madeira threads. 

Our Values

We believe in trying to leave as low an environmental impact as possible. We reuse supplier boxes to ship your orders, recycle all production materials, use Madeira threads with PCW polyester content and send imperfect garments to textile recycling plants.
